The final unfinished item on the Sep Agenda is a question about Exec. In the
past some members of the AB have "leaked" or posted e-mails from Board-Exec
even though all postings on Board-Exec are suppose to be confidential.
Therefore I will ask each of you if you agree to honor the confidentiality
of Board-Exec or not.

When I posted the item about Exec on the agenda I did not realize that the
AB would find itself in a position that project members outside of the AB
would need to join the AB in discussion of matters involving individuals.
Rather than have non-AB members subbed to Exec the AB will use one of the
other lists available to the AB for such discussions, therefore I will also
ask if you will agree or disagree to honor the confidentiality of an
additional list if one is required.

If you agree that you will honor the confidentiality of Board-Exec please
signify by saying "Agree". If you do not feel you can honor the
confidentiality of Board-Exec please signify by saying "Disagree".

If you agree that you will honor the confidentiality of an additional list
should one be required please signify by saying "Agree". If you do not feel
you can honor the confidentiality of an additional list should one be
required please signify by saying "Disagree".
