With David's resignation there are two seats to fill on the AB.
Since it has already been decided to hold a Preference Poll for
the RAL seat and there have been no objections to adding David's
seat to the Poll, both seats will be included in the Preference
Poll.

The EC has notified us that our time frame for the Preference
Poll does not include a 10 day registration period which is
required by the EC guidelines. Unless there are objections, the
time frame for the Preference Poll will be left up to the EC.
