Jeff, Bettie's motion was not recognized and numbered, because I was
notified shortly after posting the slate to Board-L that Cristy Fisher's
information was incorrect. I, in turn, notified the EC and was waiting for
a response and a corrected slate.

Since Bettie's motion was not recognized, she has been asked to withdraw
her motion (and for George to withdraw his second) and restate the motion
for the corrected slate.

If Bettie and George do not withdraw then I will recognize Bettie's motion
and then your motion to amend by substitution.
