I have received emails concerning why this is being done when we seemed to
be in agreement t wait until nominations/national elections.
I just thought it was important to note that we got a private email citing
Article VI, Section 8 of our bylaws
In the event a board member is unable to complete his/her term, the Advisory
Board will appoint a replacement to serve until the next scheduled election.
