Subject: [BOARD-L] Daryl Lytton's appeal of EC ruling

Daryl Lytton was nominated for NC and the EC notified him he was
ineligible under the bylaw's requirement of 12 months continuous
service. Daryl has appealed the EC's finding of ineligibility
based on the AB's grievance recommendations not being implemented
by the SC of OH. The EC guidelines require the AB to rule on the
EC's findings in a timely manner.

Is there any discussion on this appeal? If you have none please
signify such.
