I believe Teresa is eligible due to reasons stated in her appeal.
However, there is little likelihood that sufficient board members
will agree with me to overturn the motion that made her MNIGS.
My unsolicited advice to Teresa is that she additionally state that
she wishes to be MIGS and to show her sincerity she will assure the
board that she will not divulge confidential board information if
elected.
