Paul,

I believe that PP allows organizations to establish SOP's in order to
address issues that arise that are not addressed in the organization's
bylaws.

The SOP's stand unless they are revoked or revised - I see nothing in
Sturgis that requires the AB to ratify or adopt them each time new members
are seated. Do you have a specific page number in Sturgis that states this
is a requirement?

Suggest that the motion is presently out of order in that the USGenWeb
bylaws do not provide for standing procedures and previous AB standing
procedures have not been ratified by the current AB.
