I posted this on Octoiber 7th
I haven't seen an answer to the last question I post, so could someone
please answer that? (What happened to the restriction of use by
non-profits?)

I also have more questions/comments from the SWSC region.

1) What happens if the Board objects to the NC's decision to grant logo use?


2) The issue of granting publishing rights to our logo should be handled
on a case by case basis BY a PUBLIC vote of the ENTIRE board.

3) No one person in our organization should have authority over such. It
is a time-proven fact that one person can be influenced by a small group
of people -- however it is much more difficult for the entire board to
be swayed by a small group of people. I, and I am sure most members,
would rather put their faith in such with a GROUP of elected
representatives, rather than ONE person.
