Thank you Suzanne.

It has been moved by Bettie and seconded by Suzanne that the board recess
for the Thanksgiving Holidays until Monday, the 27th of November.

The chair would ask for general consent to the recess for the holiday
weekend. Unless objection be raised, we will be recessed until Monday.
