I have to rule that your comments here are out of order. This issue is not
before the AB, which currently has a motion and a vote on the floor which
has not been concluded. There has been a request that the mail list issues
be made an agenda item and I will be adding that to the February Agenda when
it is posted here upon conclusion of the vote and announcement of the
outcome. As I indicated on ABChat during this vote, the agenda was sent to
the Board list on Feb. 2, but did not come through and is not in the
archives of the list.

I have an announcement to make upon posting the outcome of the vote, and
will make a second announcement after that which will address this issue.
