It appears that the section on Fraudulent Registration Procedures has been
omitted from this motion. Therefore.........

I move that motion 07-06 be amended to include the Fraudulent Registration
Procedures adopted by the AB in Motion 07-05 as a Standard Procedure, and
included as Section X.

It was the intent of the SOP Committee to include these if adopted, but was
not included in the initial motion as stated in 07-06.
