It has been moved by Mike Peterson and seconded by Alice Allen that the
Board minutes for April be approved as published. This motion is numbered
07-09.

The Chair notes that two minor spelling errors were corrected after the
initial posting, the content of which does not change the wording or intent
of the minutes for the month. As there have been no additional requests for
corrections to the minutes, the Chair would ask for general consent that the
minutes be approved as posted. If there are any objections to approving the
minutes, please state them now.

If there are no objections, the minutes for April 2007 will be approved as
posted.
