| It has been moved by Mike Peterson and seconded by Alice Allen that the
| Board minutes for April be approved as published. This motion is numbered
| 07-09.

| The Chair notes that two minor spelling errors were corrected after the
| initial posting, the content of which does not change the wording or
intent
| of the minutes for the month. As there have been no additional requests
for
| corrections to the minutes, the Chair would ask for general consent that
the
| minutes be approved as posted. If there are any objections to approving
the
| minutes, please state them now.

| If there are no objections, the minutes for April 2007 will be approved as
| posted.
