I think it's related.
Historically when some of the issues as you mentioned, FGS, have come up
along with domain name registration, etc. it's followed by a discussion of
what we can and cannot do as we are presently organized or as some perceive
we should be organized. Quite frankly, 'some' of the statements made are
completely without out basis even though on the fringes they might be
somewhat valid. The purpose of the motion is to once and for all have the AB
presented with facts concerning funding of organizations such as ours.
If the agenda item was specific, and I don't remember that it was, to look
into a process
for how things that need funding will be handled, then I think the Group
findings would cover that.
