Here are some questions that I gathered from the SWSC region.

1) What is the purpose of incorporating?

2)Is there a motion to do the same for technology? A similar group to
address technology is ESPERATELY neded to address the needs of the CCs.
These two activities are closely related and two separate committees
that roll up to a
central point.

3) I think this was asked already, but just in case--
Is this to be a permanent committee or does it have a specific mission
to accomplish and then disburse?

4) Does the USGenWeb project need protection? Does it have
monies that are being used by anyone who may end up liable?
