There are less than 10 people that have voiced (to me) a negative
opinion on this motion.
The rest of the emails have mostly expressed thanks for attempting to
repair Motion 02-12, & bringing a resolution to it--just wanted to pass
this along.

The only other discussion I might have is that it has been pointed out
that this motion is not numbered correctly. Wasn't Motion 07-18 about
the mail lists?
