But that's just it, Phyllis. They basically recommended not incorportating
by not including the information about WHY it wasn't favorable to do so.

Its a subtle way of biasing, but a bias nonetheless. I had hoped to see more
information that way, I think that was the intent of the original idea - to
gain the information in a non-biased way so that everyone could absorb what
was out there and make their own mind up.

However, I do recognize that this did take a lot of work to compile and is a
commendable effort if that's one of the only things I can find wrong with
it.
