With all due respect, madame NC, the right of the NC to be subbed to both
the public and private lists of the Grievance Committee is already granted.
The only exceptions are: When the discussion on the private list is in
regard to a grievance filed against the AB, or the NC; AND, if there is any
discussion in regard to a possible appeal to the AB. And, it must be
remembered that the only appeal to the AB is in regard to whether or not the
proper procedures were followed.

Acknowledging the reasons why it is necessary to take steps to get the
Grievance Committee once again working for the benefit of the Project
members, I submit the following motion:

I move to recall the remaining members of the Grievance Committee, so that a
new committee can be named. The recall is without prejudice, so that they
may volunteer again when future calls for volunteers are made.
