Per your request, I made the motion already. In reading Sturgis, a
motion cannot be ignored. If no second is forthcoming, then the Chair
asks for a second. If a second is not forthcoming, the motion dies on
the table for lack of interest. The Chair is also not allowed to pick &
choose which motions they wish to accept.

As a SWSC CC Rep, I am expected to know the bylaws, EC procedures, GC
procedures, Parliamentary Procedure and/or have a copy of Sturgis.

If you're not going to follow PP, as require in our bylaws in
ARTICLE VI: DUTIES/QUALIFICATIONS OF ADVISORY BOARD, Section, then
please step down, & let someone who will.
