Tina,

This wording of the motion is NOT what I seconded. As pointed out by
several others, the motion as you've presented it is flawed in that the
distinction should be made - to either accept (which is the wording that Jan
used and that I seconded) or to reject. If the wording is not corrected to
read as stated below, I respectfully withdraw my second.
