There in lies the problem.
We cannot let Madame NC ignore parliamentary procedures/bylaws, or make
up new ones.

As I stated already,
I am ready to get this done, but I'm not ready to override parliamentary
procedures just to get it done.

My motion, which was made a day before anyone else's was ignored. If
you have a copy of Sturgis, read p. 13
