Hosting Natl. Website.' fails. The votes not yet received will
not change the outcome of this motion.

Those voting "No": Mike St. Clair, Scott Burow, Bettie Wood,
Sherri Bradley, Jan Cortez, Alice Allen, Cyndie Endfinger,
Concetta Franco Phillips, Gail Meyer Kilgore, Suzanne Shepard.

Those not voting: Jason Mendenhall, Denise Wells.

Website maintenance / website host issues will be included
under 'Old Business' on the September 2008 agenda for
discussion.
