Initially I was in favor of a committee as well, but after listening to comments from other members, I had a change of heart. I thought the committee that was in mind would be composed of USGenWeb members and/or AB members, much like the one which looked into incorporating. I now feel that this probably isn't of the same magnitude as incorporating, and doesn't really need a full committee. Hence my change of heart.
