No offense taken. I shouldn't have allowed comment during the
voting process. There had been more than ample time to discuss
this motion both of AB-CHAT and on BOARD. My mistake and I
take full responsibility for it. A good lesson for future
votes. This item has been added to the September agenda for
discussion.
