All board members have been subscribed to Board-Exec, Board and AB-Chat.

The Board-Exec list is a confidential list. All postings to Board-Exec are
required to remain confidential. It will be a list that we use for personnel
issues.

If you agree that you will honor the confidentiality of Board-Exec please
signify by saying "Agree". If you do not feel you can honor the
confidentiality of Board-Exec please signify by saying "Disagree".
