I have seen Board members post this to their regional lists and they have
yet to come back with either discussion or "No discussion". There has also
been suggested change(s) to this motion.

If these changes are to be incorporated to this motion, the motion would
have to be withdrawn and resubmitted with corrections; the motion could be
the subject of an amendment by substitution; or the motion could be sent
back to the committee for revision - which also takes it off the table.
