Subject: [BOARD] Status of Disciplinary Hearing

The AB, sitting as members of a Disciplinary Hearing to consider charges brought
against Daryl Lytton, has entered the Evidentiary Phase of the hearing process.
For information, the phases of the process, from Sturgis, are:
I. Opening statements:
II. Evidentiary Phase:
III. Closing statements:
IV. Panel deliberation (executive session):
A. agreement on findings
B. agreement on penalties to be applied (if applicable)
V. Announcement of findings
To date, Mr. Lytton has not responded to disciplinary hearing panel in any way.
He declined to pledge maintaining confidentiality of the proceedings, as was
required of all parties to the hearing. Mr. Lytton was offered the opportunity
to have a representative become a party to the hearing process, which he has
also declined to do.
In summary, Mr. Lytton has declined to have any part in the proceedings of the
disciplinary hearing, even though he still may at any time begin to participate.
