Dear Joan:

Normally, I would agree totally with you on this
point. Your suggestion is a much better approach.

But.....this item is so important that a serious
loss of subscribers and posters to our boards
is happening.

Jake has also sent a very nice reply that he has
given this top priority and had been reviewing
this already in the last few days. I'm very sure
that he is fully aware of the potential impact
of the problem and is trying to find a balance
between the issues and the need to find
more revenues.
