I guess if they made it too easy, then just anyone could do it......

Maybe there is a reason that when I am logged in as admin, I
can not see the L&A pages. Could someone in the know tell
me what that reason is?

It would be so simple to leave the link
to the L&A pages there for both cases and just add another link
when in admin mode that allows the editing...... Oh well, sometimes
smart people can not see the forest for the trees, I guess. I am just
a stupid volunteer.
