I need a password. My password doesn't work. May I change my password?

OH DEAR I See what you mean

the usual password problem I get is multiple log ins
one for the ancestry pay site ID which confuses my
ADMIN ID and vice versa

I have to log out and log in again with the correct user name
for the job in hand

lately I use NETSCAPE 7.1 as an ADMIN

and MSIE 6.00 for ancestry.co.uk subscription
