Tilman,

Just my own opinion, and certainly subject to other opinions from other
folks, but if it appears to be a legitimate post then I would not remove it
until such a time as the objection can be determined to come from the author
of the post. If it is an objectionable or inappropriate post for whatever
the reason, then I would remove it without regard to who asked me to do so.
I'm not a big fan of not having names on posts, but that is the system we
have to work with so there is not much we can do about it.

Hi,

http://boards.ancestry.com/thread.aspx?mv=tree&m=5210&p=localities.ceeurope.
austria.general

is a smallish thread - now I got an objection + request to have the 1st
message in the thread deleted.

How do you handle this?

How can I be sure he actually IS the author? The board only has "Anonymous"
...

Thanks
Tilman
