Hi Gerold

Thanks for this piece of information. This has reminded me of something my
grandmother told me a few years ago. That when she went overseas she told
her Mother (Sister of the boys in Boer War) I will find a Moorcroft from
South Africa. Well she did find one but in Rhodesia.

He may well have stayed after the war. As those back in England & Ireland
moved a lot in the early 1900's and contact would have been lost.
