Hi Listers,
I am looking for information about someone who died
during the Boer War. His name was J R CHAPLIN, who was in the Royal Army
Medical Corps. I am trying to find out if this is my ggrandfather as he died
around this time and I can find no record of his death in the GRO indexes.
Ggrandfathers name was John Chaplin, born in Bermondsey and living in Lenton
Nottingham when last recorded. His wife had re-married by the 1901 census.

Any information would be appreciated. regards Paul
