Morning,
There was a FRANCIS ANDREW BOND born 14th March 1818
at Clapham, Surrey.
Father: JOSEPH BOND
Mother: Eliza.
If your Francis left for Canada and got married there in 1848, you will
not find him on any UK census. There was one in 1841 but this was very
limited in data, not until 1851 did the actual place of birth given etc.
Check for a census in Canada.
