Hi Marilyn
I think the next one will be Sussex Potato & Cheese Cakes? I will do that
one next week someone had better remind me to do it otherwise I will forget?
A good one for you Michael will be Shepherds Wheel Pie? I know you will like
it?
In the next couple of days I will type out the names of the 34 recipes &
over the next 34 weeks you can all chose which one you want to do?
The name of the book Marilyn is "Favourite Sussex Recipes" by Pat Smith,
Publishes are J Salmon, ISBN 0-906198-98-4 there is an address J Salmon Ltd,
100 London Rd, Sevenoaks, Kent, England Tele No 01732 452381.There are about
32 different books of Recipe books from different Counties, there is
something about copywrite but we are only test tasting? <g>
BFN Pauline
Hi All
Loved all the offers to be tasters! Thanks for the recipe for Brighton
Gingerbread Pauline, I shall have to keep an eye out for a book like yours,
maybe in a second hand shop. As far as I know none of my Boniface line ever
lived in Brighton but I have been there myself.
Devonshire Teas and Cornish Pasties are well known so it just got me
thinking about Sussex and if there were specific recipes for 'our' county.
The very name 'Sussex Pond Pudding' intrigued me!
Marilyn.
