Hello all....

I am looking for information on my great-grandfather Joseph Black (I believe
he also had a brother named Whitney J. Black) who was born in this state
around 1818. The problem is that I have nothing else to go on.

Can anyone tell me what counties existed in that time frame? Also, does
anyone have any connection/information on this individual?
