Has anyone ever heard of a George E. Bowman, ba 1824 Virginia who came on
down to
Tennessee for a while then on to Texas?
This Bowman descendant's DNA is almost exactly like my DNA. I descend from
Jim Bowman, who died in Latexo, Texas about 1935; son of J. Wesley Bowman,
who
was killed in the Civil War, son of Joseph Bowman, ba 1805 SC; died after
1874 MS?
He was the son of George F. Bowman, Jr.?, son of George F. Sr. of
Orangeburgh, SC??
Joseph came to Rankin County, Mississippi in the 1830's along with others
settlers.
