Seek Parents, Grandparents, Siblings, Children, any information on:
"Alexander Clark, b:ca 1844, Scotland; and, wife: Mary Boyd, b:Oct 1850,
Paisley, Renfrew, Scot. Two known children: 1: Mary Clark, b:10 Oct
1872, Grantham, Lincoln Co.Ontario, Canada.(I have birth register. 2:
William Clark, b:ca Feb 1877, Merritton, Lincoln Co. Ontario, Canada.
(My Grandfather (Wm. Alexander Clark.) No Birth record found in Ontario,
Can. Archives. Probably other children.
Mary and Alexander Clark emigrated from Ontario, Can. to MA. USA and
appeared on 1880 MA Census in Attleboro, Bristol County, MA. with 3
children in household. Dau:Mary, age 7; Son: William, age 4; and
"listed as other: John, age 1, b: ca 1879. born: Canada; of Scots
Parentage. Alexander Clark still on MA Census in 1910, Attleboro,
Bristol Co. MA. listed as 66 years. No info on wife or
children.Boarding with Fred Harrison.
Mary Boyds Parents: John Boyd and Mary Guthrie b:ca1829 Scot; emigrated
to Ontario, Canada between 1868 and Aug 1870. Appeared on 1871 Ont.
Census in Grantham, Div #3, Lincoln Co. Ont. Can. Emigrated from
Ontario, Can. to appear on 1880 RI Census, USA in Lincoln Twshp,
Providence Co., RI. with 4 of their children. (Other Boyd apparent
relatives were in same area, same time.)
John Boyd's Parents unk...Father may be Archibald or Alexander Boyd.)
Mary Guthrie's Parents: William Guthrie and Mary Neil, of Scotland. Need
more info.
Does anyone know of any connection between Alexander Clark, b:ca 1844,
Scot.and Alexander W. Clark b:ca 1815, ?, and Emeline H. Miller, b:ca
1823?
This later pair: Alex. W.& Emeline H. married: 22 Jan 1840, St. Clair
Co., MI. USA Alexander W. age 25, residence: Clyde, MI; Emeline H. age
17, residence: Port Huron, MI. Thank you for your time.

Alexander Clark, b:ca 1844, may also have been the one listed on the
1920 Census MA. in Boston, Suffolk Co. MA. then age 76 years; alien,
widower, living with his ?dau: "Lizzie" and husband: Everett Labonte.
Any info on them? Does Alexander still appear on the 1930 Census,
Boston, Suffolk Co. MA. would be age 86 yrs? Or, did he die between 1920
and 1930 in MA. or Waterbury, CT? (His son: Wm. Alexander Clark and
family (Mary Doyle and son: William Albert Clark) removed to Waterbury,
CT. and appeared on the 1920 CT. USA Census.
