Subject: [BOYLE] Another Boyle

About time to ask again: has anyone ever heard of a Joseph Boyle, b/1857 who
married Ida Tuttle b/1863 in Cortlandt, Westch. Cty, NY. Their daughter's
birth certificate lists his place of birth as NYC. His father was
presumeably from England but who knows. Joseph was supposed to have died
from pneumonia about 1895/6 in either NYC or maybe Peekskill. However, he and
Ida may have decided to go their separate ways and it was more convenient to
say he had died. He is not buried with Ida's family. He might have been
Catholic; they were Protestant. He is my mystery grandfather so if anyone
has a clue, would appreciate your response. Thanks, Nancy
