Hello List.
I have just subscribed, and quickly skimmed your archives, but did not see anything to connect with my BOYLE family.
My family was from the town and parish of Dungiven, in county Londonderry, Ireland.
There is an extensive pedigree of them in the PRONI, which I have transcribed into a genealogy program.
The line briefly starts as follows:
Dorrington BOYLE of Ballygudden townland, on the banks of the Roe river at Dungiven in County Derry, Ireland; possibly born c.1700 or earlier (my estimate), had 3 sons:
1: David BOYLE -- estimated born circa 1723; married a Miss STEWART and had children: Dorrington, John (later of Kentucky), Sarah and Rebecca; (their lines are then all followed on the pedigree chart).
2: Hugh BOYLE of Dungiven; born c.1724 or earlier
3: James BOYLE of Kingstown, estimated born c.1725 or earlier. (the chart does not say where this Kingstown is!).

I'd love to hear from anyone who feels that they might be connected to my line.
