Ok I know we have some "legal eagles" out there. How about some input ? As
I said, I believe it differs from state to state.
I still believe it is all in the proper paperwork. You know you may file your
own
divorce papers, I don't recommend it, but it is possible, why should marriage
be
more difficult ? (On second thought, maybe marriage should be more difficult,
that would cut down on the divorces :})
