Henry had a better day today after the drain last night. However, he quickly started feeling the pressure again and this time with the drain tube in, the Dr. was able to drain it right from his bed in the room. When I left tonight, the bag was getting very full. Don't know yet how much has drained. We are praying that this will pull out all the cancer and awe the Doctors.

The nurse said this afternoon that she could hear gurgling in his stomach and that is good. After surgery the organs shut down and it takes awhile for them to wake up. I'm sure in a healthy person it comes quicker than one as sick as Henry is right now. We've got to get the organs awake and functioning and when his stomach can drain the bile off without the tube in his nose, he can start eating food and that will be the start of improvement. He even dipped his little finger in the girls coke tonight and rubbed it on his lips. His so strick diet has gone by the wayside. Everything he sees on TV looks good. So, please pray for this and then we can aggressively beging attacking the cancer with chemo. So maybe we can start beating this thing.

I am so thankful for our sons-in-law & David who have taken turns staying with Henry at night, so I can get some rest. I will never be able to repay them. However, the deacons at church are going to start taking shifts next week and help us all out. Isn't it wonderful to have such great friends. We are certainly blessed to have so many willing friends.

Keep praying for daily healing so God can do the great miracle of life.
