The WFT has the Lindsay/Lindsey family back to 1022, when they were Lords
and knights, and I can't seem to get Lindsey Branham off the "wanted list".

1860 Dallas census p. 320, Palace Hill P. O., res. 718
Mary Pilcher had Emily Pilcher 15, Mo.; Susanna Pilcher, 13, Mo.; and Joseph
Pilcher, 12, on the 1860 census.

The data I have Finally obtained (Jan. 1997) on the Briants still leaves
Branham & Lindsey connection unproved. Ruth & John Lindsay above, according
to LDS records had a daughter Margaret, who married a James Branham in
Culpepper or Orange County VA. ca. 1806, however it must have been much later,
by the dates given in the Briant lineage.

1850 Lindsey Branahm turned up in Texas, however there were possible twins
named William an Lindsey in Cass Co., Mo. They were only 16 years old.

The LDS had:
James Branham b. ca. 1766
m. Betty Doggett
w. 12 May 1784, Culpepper County, Virginia
?4. James Branham b. ca. 1788
m. Margaret Lindsey
w. ca. 1806, Culpepper Co., Va.

Hope I have not confused everyone. Can anyone id the Sarah or Jane
on the 180 census?

Thought for the month of July (early): "You know that government has gone
too far, when
a unit of government uses "eminent domain" to buy property to sell to a
developer, for
a shopping mall, so the city can increase sales tax take"!
