Her is an Entry I have in My book on a Levi Branson.

There is a book of the Branson Family in the Congressional Library at
Washington D.C., which states that Thomas Branson came from England about
1700. He had 2 sons, Levi and Eli. Levi was born in 1732, lived near Ashboro,
North Carolina. His children were Thomas, Joseph, Henry, Eli, Abner, Lydia,
Rebecca, and Mary. Henry Married a Miss Cox; Levi married Grace Fruit. Abner
and Eli both single. Rebecca Married Thomas Pugh. Mary never married.
