I checked Dr. Braswell's book and found your Daniel on page 113.

Daniel N. Braswell b 6-15-1841 in Anson County, N.C. d. 2-11-1896 in
Pleasant Hill, Hot Springs County, Arkansas. In 1870 or 71 he married
Elizabeth Anne Caraway b. 3-3-1841 in Anson County, N.C. d. 1-8-1911 in
Arkadelphia. Her parents were William T. Caraway and Nancy Richardson.

The father of Daniel was Irvin Braswell b. 3-2-1790 in Wayne Co.,N.C.
died in Sept or Oct of 1845 in Anson Co.,N.C. Married Elizabeth Porter
who was b. 1808-1810 in N.C. and died in 1880.

The father of Irvin was Richard Braswell (1755 - 1839) married to
Penelope Blow in Oct 1870.Her dates: b.10-27-1761 d. 8-30-1864.
