I only have the James BRATT who was born in 1812.in Cheshire, England. I know that he and his wife, Mary BROWN, had at least 3 daughters - Eliza, b. 1851 (my gr grandmother who came to America in 1884 with her husband, Thomas HALLWOOD); Sarah, b. 1854; and Susan, b. 1855. I don't know if James and Mary had any other children, nor do I know the names of any of James' siblings. Sorry that I could not be of more help.
