Franklin County, VA marriage bond record #1905, Peter HICKMAN to Mary KINSEY,
date of bond 5 Sep 1803, surety Henry KINSEY.
Franklin County, VA marriage bond record #2366, John KINSEY to Barbara
HICKMAN, date of bond 3 Sep 1804, surety Jacob HICKMAN.

There are no minister's names or marriage dates in either record. I presume
that this John KINSEY was Mary KINSEY's brother. Were Peter & Barbara HICKMAN
also siblings? Do you know when/where John & Mary KINSEY were born?
