I don't have any church records, but for what it's worth, here's the
Shelby County, Ohio obit I came across. Maybe it'll help someone's
search:

August 22, 1860 The Religious Telescope----
Catharine Markly died at her residence, in Shelby county, Ohio, on
the 28th day of July, 1860, aged 15 years, 9 months, and 11 days.
She embraced religion one year ago last winter at a protracted
meeting held at the Union Meeting House,...She was sick about three
weeks....She lived, since the death of her mother, with her grandmother
Shanely. She leaves a father, one brother, and one sister, to mourn her
loss;... Her disease was sore throat..... (signed) C. W. Miller,
Carysville, Champaign co. Ohio.
