Hello, I am new and have subscribed at the suggestion of Mr. Laube who
thought you might be able to help me. My grt grt Grandparents, Benjamin and
Martha "Holt" RIGHTMIRE lived in Hardin County Ohio from sometime in the mid
1830's till there deaths. He died in 1860 and she in 1875 and they are
buried in Fuls Cemetary in Hardin County Ohio. A county biography says they
were members of the United Brethern Church. Family oral History says he was
Holland Dutch. They possibly lived in Morgan or Washington County Ohio
before moveing to Hardin County, but I am not sure of that. I do know there
were Rightmire's in Washington County in the 1830's and possibly much later.
I am searching for the parents of Benjamin Rightmire especially. Any
suggestions or help welcome.
