Hal Gibson,
i'm a great lover of anecdotal material - probably the remnants of years as
a journalist. You've just supplied a bit more. The Kenneth Ronk you
mentioned was the brother of the subject, James or Jay or Herbert Ronk. In
1964 he was apparently living in Santa Cruz Cal, according to a letter
written by his older brother, in Iowa. The older brother noted that
Kenneth, like three others of the brothers, were/had been Brethren
ministers. I have yet to try to piece together Kenneth's family, but am
aware of a son Willis. Thanks for the material and I may be back to you
